The
centre is located at the edge of the town, next to a public
park. The three-storey west wing houses retail spaces and offices,
the principal one-storey volume houses a supermarket. Back and
side elevations that face green areas are characterised by their
minimalist colour and texture scheme, combining dark gray metal
panels and visible concrete. Front elevations, facing the city,
introduce several visual accents: construction of the glass
clad eastern elevation is highlighted by a series of thin vivid
colour verticals, while pixelated silver coloured print on glass
disperses morning sun. The horizontal composition of lower volume's
glazed northern elevation is accentuated by the two bright coloured
entrances, connected by the green overhang.
