The site on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea is divided
into 9 plots, with one-storey height difference between rows.
Houses are positioned so that each has a sea view from the
upper floor and the terrace. As lower floor is covered in
from behind, access to each house is arranged on the upper
floor, to the gallery above the living room. The floor plan
scheme offers user various combinations of interior organization:
lower floor comprises the living room and kitchen area with
access to the garden and the pool, with options of adjoining
wellness area and/or guest apartments. Master bedroom on the
upper floor is accessed from the gallery, with option of additional
rooms for children. Design of exterior follows the idea of
options, offering the user four choices for northern/entrance
and southern/garden elevation On the garden side, the two-storey
terrace has various options of protection: the BASIC open
volume can be accessorized with either TECHNO lifting metal
panels, LIGHT folding glass panels of SOFT teflon curtains.
The single-storey entrance elevation with minimal openings
offers four finishing options: WALL (rustic local stone),
DOT (smooth stone with relief appendices), GLAM (scaly metal
plates) and BUTTON (stucco lustro facade with applied stucco
elements). Various combinations of the two option groups result
in a controlled diversity within the principal concept.
