The
building is located on the edge of the village, next to an existing
apartment building. Site position determines volume's north-south
orientation which also ensures quality light conditions and
good views. Arranged around the central hallway, smaller apartments
face east and larger apartments face west. Urban plan requirements
regarding the top floor are translated into a dynamic apex of
the volume. The scaly structure of the façade is executed in
two colours of roofing tiles, echoing surrounding earth hues.
